March 10th and 12th from 1-2 each day

Please pick the session that works best for you. Limit of six per two-part session.

Accident, injuries and emergencies happen. Our class will focus on recognizing an emergency and practicing how to respond.  You will learn to treat and prevent 8 common injuries such as burns, cuts, choking, and broken bones. Our goal is to help you to feel confident to respond if you or someone else is injured or has an emergency at home, work or in the community.  You could save a life!

All participants take home their own first aid kit.

Class instructor is Patti MacPhee, owner of Take Care.  She is a certified CPR/First Aid instructor through the American Heart Association.
